Somnia is an ambient-audio app for relaxation, meditation, focus, and sleep. You do not need to provide us with personal details such as your name, email address, or contacts. The sections below explain how the app, Apple, and Google handle data while providing the service.
播放偏好、混音预设、计时器和本机试用及订阅状态保存在你的设备上。App 不要求注册账户，也不读取联系人、麦克风或精确位置。卸载或清除 App 数据可移除本地数据。
Playback preferences, mixes, timers, and local trial and subscription status are stored on your device. No account is required. Somnia does not access contacts, the microphone, or precise location. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes local app data.
为提供配置更新、运行分析及故障排查，App 可向 VITANIA 的服务发送随机生成的安装标识、平台信息、会话开始事件及崩溃堆栈。网络服务和音频下载服务也会接收处理请求所需的 IP 地址及网络请求信息。我们不把混音预设或计时器设置作为这些事件上传。Android 1.0.1（构建 18）起，引导冥想语音随安装包提供，播放时不向语音合成服务发送文本或录音，也无需下载语音模型。较早版本可能使用 Microsoft Azure Speech 合成 App 预设的引导文本，不会发送麦克风录音。
For configuration updates, operational analytics and troubleshooting, the app may send a randomly generated installation identifier, platform information, session-start events and crash stack traces to VITANIA services. Network and audio-delivery providers receive IP addresses and request information needed to serve requests. Mix presets and timer settings are not uploaded as part of these events. Starting with Android 1.0.1 (build 18), guided meditation recordings are included in the app. Playback sends no text or recordings to speech-synthesis services and requires no voice-model download. Earlier versions may use Microsoft Azure Speech to synthesize predefined app guidance text, not microphone recordings.

You control local app data. Server operational and diagnostic data is used for the service purposes above. Contact us below about applicable retention arrangements, access or deletion; we may need sufficient information to locate relevant records. Apple, Google and network service providers process their service data under their own policies.
购买 App 内订阅时，iOS 交易由 Apple App Store 处理，Android 交易由 Google Play 处理。App 使用商店返回的购买状态提供权益，并在本机保存相应状态。VITANIA 不接收你的支付卡信息。订阅管理、续费和取消通过对应的 Apple 或 Google 账户进行；本机试用不自动产生订阅扣款。
In-app subscriptions are processed by Apple's App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android. The app uses store purchase results to provide access and stores the corresponding status locally. VITANIA does not receive your payment card details. Manage renewals and cancellation through the relevant Apple or Google account. The local introductory trial does not automatically create a paid subscription.
在 Android 版本中，为核实订阅和防止伪造购买，App 会通过加密连接向 VITANIA 服务发送商品标识、Google Play 购买凭据和随机安装标识。服务器向 Google Play 核实购买状态，并向 App 返回权益及有效期。使用免费访问码时，App 会将该访问码与随机安装标识发送到 VITANIA 服务验证；这不会创建付费订阅。
On Android, the app sends the product identifier, Google Play purchase token and random installation identifier to VITANIA services over an encrypted connection to verify subscription access and prevent fraudulent purchases. The server verifies the purchase with Google Play and returns the entitlement and expiry to the app. If you redeem a complimentary access code, the app sends that code and its random installation identifier to VITANIA services for verification; this does not create a paid subscription.

Somnia 使用 Google Mobile Ads，仅在环境音频会话完全结束后，向符合条件的免费用户展示有限的插页式广告；广告绝不会中断正在播放的音频。 订阅用户和处于 Somnia 试用期的用户不会加载或看到广告。App 会在适用地区使用 Google 的同意流程，也不会仅为了展示情境式广告而请求 App Tracking Transparency 权限。Google 可能根据其政策处理设备信息、诊断信息、从网络数据推断的粗略位置以及广告互动数据。 Somnia 在此版本中不提供激励广告功能。
Somnia uses Google Mobile Ads to show limited interstitial advertising only to eligible free users after an ambient-audio session has fully ended. Ads never interrupt active audio. Subscribers and users in the Somnia trial do not load or see ads. The app uses Google's consent flow where required and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission merely to show contextual ads. Google may process device information, diagnostics, coarse location derived from network data, and ad interaction data according to Google's policies. Somnia does not expose a rewarded-ad feature in this release. See Google's Privacy Policy.
