Somnia 是一款用于放松、冥想、专注和睡眠的环境音频应用。你无需向我们提交姓名、邮箱或联系人等个人资料。 下文说明 App、Apple 和 Google 在提供本服务时如何处理相关数据。

Somnia is an ambient-audio app for relaxation, meditation, focus, and sleep. You do not need to provide us with personal details such as your name, email address, or contacts. The sections below explain how the app, Apple, and Google handle data while providing the service.

2. App 数据与保留 / App Data and Retention

Somnia 的播放偏好、计时器设置及其他 App 内偏好保存在你的设备上，不会上传到我们的服务器。我们不会运营用于存储这些 App 使用数据的账户服务器。 当你删除 App 时，这些本地数据会由设备一并移除；Apple 与 Google 根据其各自政策处理和保留由其服务产生的数据。

Somnia's playback preferences, timer settings, and other in-app preferences are stored on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. We do not operate an account server that stores this app-use data. Local data is removed by your device when you delete the app; Apple and Google process and retain data generated by their services under their respective policies.

3. 订阅与支付 / Subscriptions and Payments

如果你购买 App 内自动续期订阅或使用 Somnia 试用，相关交易与订阅状态由 Apple 的 App Store 处理。 我们不会查看或存储你的支付卡信息。订阅的管理、续费和取消均通过你的 Apple ID 账户设置完成；详情请参阅 Apple 隐私政策。

If you purchase an auto-renewable in-app subscription or use a Somnia trial, the transaction and subscription status are handled by Apple's App Store. We do not see or store your payment card details. You manage renewals and cancellations through your Apple ID account settings; see Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. 广告与同意 / Advertising and Consent

Somnia 使用 Google Mobile Ads，仅在环境音频会话完全结束后，向符合条件的免费用户展示有限的插页式广告；广告绝不会中断正在播放的音频。 订阅用户和处于 Somnia 试用期的用户不会加载或看到广告。App 会在适用地区使用 Google 的同意流程，也不会仅为了展示情境式广告而请求 App Tracking Transparency 权限。Google 可能根据其政策处理设备信息、诊断信息、从网络数据推断的粗略位置以及广告互动数据。 Somnia 在此版本中不提供激励广告功能。

Somnia uses Google Mobile Ads to show limited interstitial advertising only to eligible free users after an ambient-audio session has fully ended. Ads never interrupt active audio. Subscribers and users in the Somnia trial do not load or see ads. The app uses Google's consent flow where required and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission merely to show contextual ads. Google may process device information, diagnostics, coarse location derived from network data, and ad interaction data according to Google's policies. Somnia does not expose a rewarded-ad feature in this release. See Google's Privacy Policy.
